One-of-a-kind pendant with a cast sterling frame and 14K yellow gold accent prongs that feature an ancient late Roman-era coin, circa 250-400 AD. The coin depicts a Roman fortress and measures 12 x 11.4 MM. Held in place by three yellow gold prongs. Total length of the pendant is 1 inch, width is 5/8 inch. A simple yellow gold wire bails attached to the point of the pendant. Pendant is tube-set with one round ruby weighting approximately 0.03 carts. Pendant is strung on a 20-inch cable link sterling silver chain with a spring ring clasp.
